Given freely

Two guided meditations.

No sign-up, no email address, nothing to buy. Put on headphones, sit somewhere you will not be disturbed, and give yourself the length of one track.

Communion Within

17 minutes

A slow descent into stillness, and an invitation to meet the presence that has been watching over you all along. Best in a quiet room, sitting or lying down, with the eyes closed and nothing expected of you. If nothing happens, that is also an answer.

Softening and Release

16 minutes

For what the body has been holding on your behalf. Breath, permission, and the quiet unclenching that follows. This one is gentler than it sounds; many people fall asleep before the end, which is fine — the body takes what it needs.

Before you begin

A few plain things worth saying:

  • Do not listen while driving or operating anything. These are deep-state practices.
  • Headphones help, but they are not required. A quiet room and an unhurried hour are.
  • If you have a history of dissociation, epilepsy or a condition affected by deep relaxation, speak to your doctor first.
  • You can stop at any point. Nothing here needs to be endured.

If you want to go further

A reading, written for you alone

These practices are the door. The reading is the conversation on the other side: three questions, asked in deep quiet on your behalf, answered in eight to twelve written pages.
