Who you are dealing with

The Higher Self Reading is supplied by Alex Martin Bee, self-employed (autónomo) in Spain, working from Tenerife, Canary Islands — the person behind the pen name Eadriel. Email: info@clarityhypnosis.eu.

What you are buying

A written, personal reading: up to three questions you submit, considered in a deep meditative state on your behalf, and answered in a PDF of roughly eight to twelve pages. It is a reflective and spiritual service. It is not psychotherapy, medical care, diagnosis, legal advice or financial advice, and it does not replace any of those.

No outcome, prediction or result is promised. What is promised is care, time and an honest written answer.

Price and payment

€72 for one reading, including any applicable indirect taxes. Payment is taken by Stripe after your form is saved. Nothing further is charged. The reading begins once both your questions and your payment have arrived.

Delivery

Your reading is sent as a PDF to the email address you give on the form, within three business days of your questions and payment arriving. If the address is wrong, tell me — I will resend it once it is corrected.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because the reading is a digital item made for you alone and delivered immediately, you are asked to give express consent to work beginning within that period. Once the reading has been delivered in full, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to it.

If you have not yet received your reading, you may withdraw and be refunded in full. Just write to me.

If something is wrong

If the PDF will not open, is incomplete, or accidentally leaves out one of the questions you submitted, I will correct it at no charge. That is a correction, not a second reading. Follow-up questions are not included.

Beyond that, a completed personalised reading is not refundable — it cannot be returned. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

What I will decline

I may decline a request and refund it in full if it asks me to read another person's private life without their knowledge, if it seeks medical, legal or financial decisions, or if it would require me to say something I do not see. In that case you will hear from me plainly, and quickly.

Confidentiality and ownership

Your questions and your reading are confidential. The reading is yours for your own use; please do not publish it in full or resell it. The text, design and images of this website remain the property of the site owner.

Responsibility

I take reasonable care in everything I write. I am not responsible for decisions you take after reading it — the reading is guidance offered to a free adult, not instruction. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

Law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may also rely on the mandatory protections of the country you live in, and bring a claim in your local courts. If something has gone wrong, tell me first at info@clarityhypnosis.eu; almost everything is settled in one exchange.

The free meditations

The guided audio on this site is offered freely for personal use. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Do not listen while driving or operating machinery, and speak to a doctor first if you live with a condition affected by deep relaxation.
