Privacy Notice — Eadriel

Eadriel is a pen name. For the purposes of data protection law, the controller of your information — the person responsible for it — is the real person behind this site, named below. The pen name is how the work is published; it is not a substitute for that legal identity.

Who is responsible

What this site collects

The public pages of this site set no cookies and run no analytics. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising identifier and no third-party behaviour script.

Two things are collected, and only when you choose to act:

If you submit the reading form: your first and last name, email address, your answers about your situation, up to three questions, and the permissions you ticked. This is what you type, nothing more.
If you buy a reading: Stripe processes the payment and gives me confirmation that it succeeded, together with your name, email and the amount. I never see or store your card details.

Like every web server, the hosting provider also records ordinary technical request logs — IP address, time, page requested, browser type — for security and troubleshooting. I do not use those logs to build a profile of you.

Why it is used

To prepare and send the reading you asked for (performance of a contract).
To reply if you write to me (legitimate interest in answering you).
To keep basic financial records of a sale (legal obligation).
To handle sensitive material you volunteer — health, beliefs, spiritual experience — only on the basis of your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent box on the form.

Who else sees it

Only the services needed to run this:

Zenbox (Poland) — hosting and email delivery for this site.
Basin (usebasin.com) — receives the reading form and forwards it to me.
Stripe — takes the payment and handles card security.
Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on these pages, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads.

Nobody else. Your reading is not shared, sold, published or used as a testimonial without your separate written permission.

How long it is kept

Form answers and questions: kept until your reading has been delivered, then deleted from working storage within 30 days.
The finished reading: kept for 12 months so that I can answer a question about it, then deleted.
Payment records: kept as long as Spanish tax and accounting law requires.
Server logs: rotated by the hosting provider on its normal cycle.

Your rights

You can ask to see what I hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, receive a copy in a portable format, or object to a particular use. Write to info@clarityhypnosis.eu and I will answer within one month. There is no charge.

If you believe your information has been mishandled, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es). I would rather you told me first.

Children

This site is for adults. The reading is not offered to anyone under 18, and the form asks you to confirm your age.

Changes

If this notice changes, the version and date at the top change with it. The version you agreed to is recorded with your form submission.
